Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from Idle Well Press. Contact us at hello@idlewellpress.com with questions before ordering.

Orders and availability

Prices are in US dollars. Availability is confirmed during checkout. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, a clear pricing error, suspected fraud, or a delivery address we cannot serve. We will contact you and refund any payment for items we cancel. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt, not a guarantee that an unavailable item can be supplied.

Payment, shipping, and returns

Shopify and payment providers process checkout. The final checkout shows applicable shipping and tax before payment. Our shipping policy and return policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product information

We aim to describe books accurately. Screen and print colors can differ, especially on natural paper. Images specifically identified as artwork previews are not photographs. These differences do not excuse a faulty or materially misdescribed item.

Use of the site

Please provide accurate checkout information, use the site lawfully, and do not attempt to interfere with its security. Original text, design, artwork, and puzzle content remain the property of their respective rights holders; purchasing a book does not transfer reproduction rights.

Updates and questions

Changes to these terms apply to future orders. For an existing order, the terms shown when you ordered apply except where law requires otherwise. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
